Yuk.............hubby came home from work with a nasty virus that he claims he picked up from relatives. He spent the entire weekend sleeping after a bad shift at work that I don't even want to talk about.
I slept in the recliner.
Someone told me offhand that the winter was just too mild to kill the viruses, which makes me worry about the direction we might be heading toward if there really is a climate change.
I've loved that we aren't having 6 months of snow and freezing temps, but not at the expense of having life come out of you from both ends out of nowhere.
I stripped the bed and washed everything in hot water, but then realized I had driven the same vehicle the same day without realizing I was touching his same contact surfaces. (the steering wheel)
All I can do is try not to breathe too deeply, kiss-kiss in the air, and wash my hands often.
Tell me, if winters keep getting milder, will viruses keep getting stronger?
wish I knew. The other option is for our immune systems to get stronger. Hope you don't catch it and that he gets over it soon.
