While I would certainly prefer just about anyone over Obama, I really, really
think Romney has no chance of beating Obama. He cannot get out of the
twenty percent range.
I heard Laura Ingraham saying on the radio that a recent national poll shows
forty something percent prefer Newt Gingrich over Romney who appeals to
twenty something percent.
I think I figured out why that is. As I understand it, about thirty percent of
Americans are Conservatives, about twenty percent are Liberals, and the
rest, fifty percent, are somewhere inbetween ... Independents.
Romney is simply gettng the twenty something percent who are more Liberal
in any of the polls we hear about. He may get a few desperate Republican
and Independent votes, but I would almost be willing to bet that he will only
get twenty something percent even in the general election, if that much.
You see, ALL the Liberal votes will go to Obama in the general election. With
Romney, we basically have the same guy running from both parties. That is
sad and it makes me miserable that we do not have better choices, but I
know a really bad choice when I see one.
As I have said before, I will not get off the couch to vote for Romney and
I doubt that many other Republicans will either. And the Liberal media knows
that, which is why they are so jubilant when Romney seems to be ahead.
They know that he is Mr. Twenty Something Percent. He has proven that
over and over and over.
Many people are saying that they will vote for anyone that runs against
Obama, but I will not make that statement and I think a lot of other people
are simply lying. My take is, if the Democrats and Republicans come up
with Obama and Romeny ... they can go suck it. I will not validate their
assinine choices with my vote. If this country goes down the drain, it is
their fault not mine. If you vote for this pile of shit or that pile of shit,
you still wind up with a pile of shit.
I want Obama out probably about as bad as anyone (because I have a
brain and I can see what a moron he is), but I will not take part in a
shit pickin contest. If Romney is the choice, it would tickle me pink if
he won by a couple of hundred votes to Obama's fifty votes. Maybe
then it would be clear that most Americans do not agree with either of
them.
Of course, that really does not add up either, if they were the ones a
majority of Americans picked. So I suppose we can all suck it. What
the hell is wrong with us anyway? Too much reality TV, Rap music,
and government schooling have finally rotted our brains, I suppose.

It is easy to understand why Liberals / Democrats / Socialists prefer Romney over any of the other Republican candidates. The main reason is that he is Tweedle Dee to Obama's Tweedle Dumb. Not unlike McCain in the 2008 elections. If for some reason Re
I don't see how Newt is any different. In the past he has been for the healthcare mandate, for amnesty for illegal immigrants, etc
