Newt Gingrich released his tax statement thursday up staging Mitt Romney who still refuses to release his. On a religious radio station this morning one of the commentaries offered this reason, that when you become a Mormon they request a copy of your W-2 to insure that you pay your 10 percent share. Since Mitt is so wealthy he may be afraid to release tax statement because it could disclose that he has been holding out on the church and would be summarily disinfranchised and that would really be an embarrasment. So is Mitt more afraid of the Mormon church than he is of the voting public.
