I recently was granted my poetic license and am not allowed to rhyme after sunset.....shhh don't tell.
Huh? Heard also no word to rhyme with orange, but not many that rhyme with feather, either. Weather? Leather? Heather? Tether?

Oh me, I sounded rude there, but honestly, I was just messing around and must have thought that comment was meant to be funny at the time. Ok, no, I didn't get the door "hinge/orange" rhyme at the time, but you did come close to a rhyme for orange! Closer than I ever would have.
Orange...hmmm...syringe? Ouch. But it's the first thing that came to mind. :)
