Walk/Bike/Swim/Run on the Wildside (1)

Tuesday, 16th of August, 2011

Saving an iPod playlist I put together for my 3.2km walk/run, which plays for 36.2 mins (6.2 mins for the warm-up). The list contains suggestions from the littlest (lol, she holds the iPod as hostage most of the time). Stories about it later, need to eat dinner.

1) Let's Go The Ventures

2) Walk Don't Run The Ventures

3) Girlfriend Avril Lavigne

4) Clumsy Fergie

5) Jesus of Suburbia Green Day

6) You're So Vain Carly Simon

7) Surrender Elvis Presley

8) I'm A Believer Eddie Murphy - Reprise (Shrek Soundtrack)

9) Walk on the Wild Side Lou Reed

10) Mamma Mia ABBA

Sounds like a good mix, some I've heard, some I haven't, but I wanna check em out when I get a little time.

Thanks, hegs!

I just wrote to queenie, how I am very curious to know what music she'll put together as an iPod playlist if she is thinking of doing it for a half an hour walk/jog/run.

How would yours be? I ask because I would love to try to walk/run to different playlist of family and friends, and see how that influence my walk/run. :)

Hope you are having a lovely start in your day!
