Full videos of all lectures from many classes from these Universities are available online for free. MIT has it's open courseware, Stanford has many of theirs on itunes and youtube, and Berkley has the same on itunes and youtube
Here are some of the ones I'm working through, these are all computer science or math related.
linear algebra
Intro to algorithms
Structure and interpretation of computer programs
Machine Learning

Is getting hashed out and organized
I think this is a rather interesting move on the part of major universities. I wonder if they are using it as a marketing strategy in a way: Here, we will offer you X materials for free, as a way of perhaps interesting you in pursuing a degree with us later down the road.
It seems like this might be a good way for some who can't necessarily afford another degree program to pick up some knowledge and perhaps some skills that could be useful in their careers.
I don't think, however, that this will replace the seeking of a degree or the need for a degree as a qualification for many jobs.
