I found this site searching for info on mio liquid to see if it's safe and healthy. Anyone know? I'm using the diet solution which is great, and I'm trying to find low calorie alternatives to my usual drinks.
I've been doing some research on mio liquid and so far here's what I know. It uses Sucralose which is a bit controversial. It also uses some preservatives and artificial colors which are also questionable. I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons here, but I'm just learning about this stuff.
I feel like I should just drink water, but it's so much nicer having something sweet :)
I have found that if you just start drinking water it becomes a habit.....If you use ice it's better.....I can drink a gallon or more in a day......I've heard that the artificial sweeteners can have basically the same effect as sugar with insulin response and can have some nasty side effects.
