Emacs tip of the week: diff-buffer-with-file

I don't know why it took me this long to discover this feature, but it's a life saver.

(diff-buffer-with-file &optional buffer)

View the differences between buffer and its associated file. This requires the external program diff' to be in yourexec-path'.

I often have a buffer that has changed from a file on disc, and I don't remember what changed. A quick diff-buffer-with-file tells me what's changed. No more guessing.

Doozy of A Week
What a doozy of a week this has been. Work was definitely something else. Through it, I have acquired a bit of a stalker. Thus far it's only on a work basis, nothing outside of work, and it better stay that way, if not just going away completely of

MIT Skip Lists Lecture
It's entry level assuming some foundation. I forget the specifics, but I was required to take a certain amount of math before taking it, so if you go to college for it you'll be forced to take enough math before getting to these classes. Btw, I think the read the rest

James Toney vs. Randy Couture
I don't see this fight being that great either way. There are only two possible options I see, toney catches randy and it's a short fight. Randy controls toney and finishes him quick. But, I'm really excited about the edgar v penn rematch, and the read the rest
